WAL to identify persuasive techniques. We had to figure out which technique they were using. We had practiced these techniques in the skits we created. For example
They dress up like a scientist so we believe their expert opinion
30 Seconds has a slogan :”Spray and Walk Away”
Emotional Appeal makes you feel guilty if you don’t use the product
The technique I found easiest to remember is slogan because I remember it easily.
The technique that was hardest was emotional appeal because I found it hard to manipulate a person to think I was right
Overall, it was easy because I could tell that they use this or that technique
